全封閉式制冷機冷水機的故障檢查

全封閉(bi)制(zhi)冷系統常見(jian)的(de)故(gu)障有:制(zhi)冷效率低,汽(qi)化(hua)器結霜緩慢或(huo)不(bu)完(wan)全,排氣(qi)管和冷凝器無(wu)熱量,壓(ya)(ya)縮機(ji)不(bu)能啟(qi)動或(huo)連續運(yun)行(xing),壓(ya)(ya)縮機(ji)溫度過高(gao)。故(gu)障原(yuan)因(yin)包括電(dian)氣(qi)和機(ji)械方面。一般情況下,不(bu)要貿然(ran)撕毀壓(ya)(ya)縮機(ji)。根據(ju)具體(ti)情況進行(xing)分析(xi),找出(chu)故(gu)障的(de)原(yuan)因(yin),然(ran)后(hou)排除或(huo)修復故(gu)障。

1. 電氣部分

1). 開(kai)機(ji)后(hou)壓縮機(ji)不運行(xing),或(huo)只聽(ting)到嗡(weng)嗡(weng)聲(sheng)。這種(zhong)情(qing)況(kuang)多是(shi)由于開(kai)路:一(yi)種(zhong)情(qing)況(kuang)是(shi)機(ji)殼內端子的連接器焊接不牢固,正常運行(xing)時松動或(huo)斷(duan)裂,造成開(kai)路;另(ling)一(yi)種(zhong)情(qing)況(kuang)是(shi)繞組線圈燒壞。這種(zhong)情(qing)況(kuang)可以用萬用表逐(zhu)相檢查,確定(ding)故障原因,然后(hou)排除。

2). 電(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)工(gong)作電(dian)(dian)(dian)流超過(guo)(guo)正常(chang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流值,電(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)溫度過(guo)(guo)高(gao),使控制繼電(dian)(dian)(dian)器不(bu)能正常(chang)工(gong)作。造(zao)(zao)成這種(zhong)情(qing)況(kuang)的(de)原因是:線(xian)圈(quan)或繞(rao)組之間絕緣不(bu)良造(zao)(zao)成短路(lu);繞(rao)組線(xian)圈(quan)到殼體(ti)短路(lu),此(ci)時有漏電(dian)(dian)(dian)。此(ci)時應停機(ji)檢查(cha)短路(lu)情(qing)況(kuang)。用萬(wan)(wan)用表(biao)逐一(yi)檢查(cha)。如(ru)絕緣電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)小,應烘干。干燥后(hou)檢查(cha)絕緣電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu),直至電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)值符合要求(qiu)。用萬(wan)(wan)用表(biao)或萬(wan)(wan)用表(biao)檢查(cha)相對(dui)絕緣。如(ru)果(guo)絕緣電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)較低,說明兩相短路(lu)。如(ru)果(guo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)繞(rao)組燒壞,就需要倒繞(rao)線(xian)圈(quan)

2. 機械部分

機(ji)(ji)械部分常(chang)見的(de)(de)故障有(you)制冷(leng)(leng)效(xiao)(xiao)率低、蒸(zheng)(zheng)發器(qi)(qi)運行(xing)異常(chang)、排氣(qi)管和(he)冷(leng)(leng)凝器(qi)(qi)無(wu)熱量、壓縮(suo)機(ji)(ji)運行(xing)時間過長(chang)或(huo)不(bu)停(ting)機(ji)(ji)等(deng)。出現(xian)上述情(qing)(qing)(qing)況(kuang)時,應先進行(xing)外觀(guan)檢(jian)查,檢(jian)查各個接(jie)頭的(de)(de)焊接(jie)連(lian)接(jie)處是否有(you)裂紋或(huo)油漬。使用(yong)(yong)檢(jian)漏(lou)(lou)燈檢(jian)測泄(xie)漏(lou)(lou)情(qing)(qing)(qing)況(kuang)。如(ru)發現(xian)有(you)泄(xie)漏(lou)(lou),應進行(xing)補焊并添加制冷(leng)(leng)劑。如(ru)無(wu)泄(xie)漏(lou)(lou),啟動機(ji)(ji)器(qi)(qi),盡量測量以下溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)(du):壓縮(suo)機(ji)(ji)吸(xi)氣(qi)口和(he)排氣(qi)口的(de)(de)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)、蒸(zheng)(zheng)發器(qi)(qi)外壁的(de)(de)平(ping)均溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)和(he)冷(leng)(leng)凝器(qi)(qi)外壁的(de)(de)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)。前者用(yong)(yong)于判斷系(xi)統(tong)內(nei)制冷(leng)(leng)劑的(de)(de)量和(he)氣(qi)缸內(nei)氣(qi)體(ti)竄流情(qing)(qing)(qing)況(kuang);后者用(yong)(yong)來判斷冰(bing)(bing)箱的(de)(de)工(gong)作狀態,用(yong)(yong)壓縮(suo)機(ji)(ji)吸(xi)氣(qi)口的(de)(de)測量溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)與蒸(zheng)(zheng)發器(qi)(qi)外壁的(de)(de)平(ping)均溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)減去5-8度(du)(du)的(de)(de)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)差(cha),再加上壓縮(suo)機(ji)(ji)排氣(qi)口和(he)冷(leng)(leng)凝器(qi)(qi)外壁的(de)(de)5-8度(du)(du)的(de)(de)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)差(cha),就可以大(da)致(zhi)估計出系(xi)統(tong)內(nei)部的(de)(de)相關溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)。根據(ju)這些測量數據(ju),我(wo)們可以大(da)致(zhi)了(le)解全封閉冰(bing)(bing)箱的(de)(de)制冷(leng)(leng)效(xiao)(xiao)率或(huo)失效(xiao)(xiao)情(qing)(qing)(qing)況(kuang)
